FT-0130 / FT-0131 Percent Biodiesel Test Full Description
Threshold test for verifying percentage biodiesel in blended fuels. Two versions of this test are available: FT-0130 for B5 fuel and FT-0131 for B20 fuel. The threshold for the B5 version is set for 10% biodiesel; the B20 version is set for 30%. Kits are available for other biodiesel fractions by special order. FT-0140 Total Glycerin Field Test Full Description
The Total Glycerin field test for B100 and biodiesel blends is the latest in our family of fuel test kits. This test requires no technical expertise or lab equipment and results are given for six levels, ranging from 0.05 to 0.5 (% total glycerin in mass), within two minutes immediately apparent. FT-0150 BioDetect Biodiesel Detection Test
The Biodetect Field Test detects the presence of biodiesel in standard (petroleum-based) diesel fuel. This test detects biodiesel at levels as low as 1% (B1) and can be used as a pre-screening test for tactical vehicles such as emergency vehicles, aircraft, or in military applications. This test is also used as part of standard vehicle maintenance to indicate whether biodiesel fuel quality testing is required.
