CAROTECH Bhd has signed a RM170 million biodiesel supply agreement with energy trader Mercuria Energy Trading SA for the supply of carodiesel-palm methyl ester.
In a statement issued yesterday, Carotech said it will supply Mercuria with a minimum of 60,000 tonnes or roughly 5,000 tonnes per month.
The agreement, signed on October 23, will commence from January to December next year.
