While Congress is on vacation, Mark Mullholand is on a bus - an American-made, carbon-neutral bus that runs on biodiesel.
A factory worker from Ohio, Mr. Mullholand and his bus stopped in Scranton on Monday as part of a national tour organized to push for federal legislation on climate change and clean energy. At a roundtable discussion at the University of Scranton, laborers like Mr. Mullholand and environmentalists said U.S. lawmakers were missing a chance to create jobs and revitalize the middle class.
